Building Quotes

Full written quotes for building costs and/or renovation costs can be provided for the extent of a project as required. Variations (extra works) to the quoted job would be charged at a price as agreed with the client, or on a time and materials basis. (Rates below apply.)

 

Labour and Materials

The proposed work can be carried out on a labour and materials basis, the labour is charged as detailed below and materials are supplied at cost to us - all discounts received by the suppliers are passed on to the client.

Project Management - $95.00/hr
Building - $65.00/hr
Hammer-hand - $45.00/hr

Minimum charge is for 2 hrs
Call out fee is $50 + 2 hours
