In 2009 the property underwent a major refurbishment for which Graham project managed all aspects. The project included the addition of a large bay window to the front of the main building, incorporating a vertical galvanised louvre system.

The entire project required extreme attention to detail to ensure that the architect's vision was achieved and the clients requirements were realised.
