Project Management Process
- Customers will have one Prospecs' Project Manager (PM) as the point of contact for each contract
- The Prospecs' PM will oversee the customer contract and appoint a project site supervisor to manage the customer's construction process.
- Prospecs will seek one agreed customer point of contact for a customer contract
- The PM, together with the Prospecs' project site supervisor, will attend project meetings with the Customer contact, at an agreed frequency, to establish progress against expectations, scope and any variations, and timelines for completion.
- During each customer contract the PM and/or site supervisor will hold regular 'toolbox meetings' with site personnel and where appropriate extend an invitation to the customer to attend such meetings.
