Building Costs - Quotes

Full written quotes for building costs and/or renovation costs can be provided for the extent of a project as required. Variations (extra works) to the quoted job would be charged at a price as agreed with the client, or on a time and materials basis. (Rates below apply.)

 

Labour and Materials

The proposed work can be carried out on a labour and materials basis, the labour is charged as detailed below and materials are supplied at cost to us - all discounts received by the suppliers are passed on to the client.

Project Management - $75.00/hr
Building - $55.00/hr
Hammer-hand - $37.50/hr

Materials - Charged at Prospecs rates

Minimum charge is for 2 hrs
Call out - $50

 

Home Appraisal Costs

Appraisals - $250.00
